Shipping Policy — Kiswah Enterprises

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan to all major cities and remote areas. International shipping is available on request for select products.

Domestic Shipping Areas:

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and all other cities across Pakistan.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Wear & Dry Fruits: 1-2 business days
  • Unstitched Collections: 1-2 business days
  • Custom/Pre-Order Items: 7-14 business days (we will notify you of any delays)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Within Major Cities:

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-4 business days

Other Cities:

  • Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.: 3-6 business days

Remote Areas:

  • 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (Eid, weddings) or due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Order Value Shipping Fee
Above PKR 5,000 FREE
Below PKR 5,000 PKR 200-300 (depending on location)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide with an additional fee of PKR 100.
  • International Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout based on destination.

5. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services:

  • Leopards Courier
  • Pakistan Post
  • M&P Express

You will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.


6. Order Tracking

Track your order anytime:

  1. Check your email/SMS for the tracking number
  2. Visit the courier's website and enter your tracking ID

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Certain remote areas may require additional delivery time.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (paid by the customer).

8. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


9. International Shipping

  • Available for UK, USA, UAE, Canada, and select countries.
  • Processing time: 2-3 business days
  • Delivery time: 7-15 business days (depending on destination)
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
