How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, choose size/quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Once ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, select payment method (Cash on Delivery or Online Payment), and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately after placing your order. This includes your order number, items purchased, and estimated delivery date. If you don't receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us at +92 347 4584929
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 347 4584929 or email sales@kiswahenterprises.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to UK, USA, UAE, Canada, and select countries. International shipping takes 7-15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. For specific country availability, contact us before ordering.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email once shipped.
- Ready-to-wear & Dry Fruits: Ships within 1-2 business days
- Unstitched Collections: Ships within 1-2 business days
- Pre-order/Custom Items: Ships within 7-14 business days
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Unstitched fabric (once opened), sale items, dry fruits, and perfumes.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@kiswahenterprises.com or (+92) 347 4584929 with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2-4 business days
- Other Cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 3-6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on destination)
Note: Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons (Eid, weddings) or due to unforeseen circumstances.
